After calling through to 4 different numbers I finally got the chance to speak to a very lovely chap called John tate
not only didn’t he deal with my issue quickly and effectively but made the call very enjoyable too....very funny very friendly is so nice to speak to someone that doesn’t sound like a robot or scripted!! Just want to say a massive thank you to John and hope everyone gets a John at the end of the phone !! @Johntate
