I wanted to bring some amazing customer service to your attention.

 

The ask was not significantly difficult but Aoife one of your Customer Services representatives on the upgrades team was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. She displayed the right balance of rapport and technical knowledge. I have worked in customer services for over 10 years and also for Sky and a numnber of other companys and have found Aoife to be by far the most helpful, bubbly and friendly person I have met / listened to (believe me i have scored thousands of quality scorecards for Sky alone).

 

I know complaints are probably the most prominent communcations that you revieve from customer,  I have been there, so wanted to ensure that my beautiful experience gets passed along.

 

Aoife - I am extremenly grateful you anserwed my call and had such a warm and engaging conversation with me. I not only got done what I needed to but left the call informed and smiling (I rang my wife to tell her how wonderful you were). You are a credit to your employer and should be training others on how to be such a welcoming and skilled staff member. #GiveAoifeARaise
