I am sending this email to express my thanks for the great, friendly service I had this morning on 2/8/19. I got through to Sky quite quickly after requesting to be put through to technical support, and I was greeted by an extremely friendly, helpful man named @Kevin. He listened to my issues that I had with my Sky service patiently, and put me on the fast track list for an engineer to call out to me, as I am going away in the next few days. Not only did he assist me in a very efficient way, but also was nice and polite and chatted with me as he was organising the engineer to call. I would recommend Kevin to be put forward as employee of the month, at least, and maybe a promotion!
