I would just like to say a massive thank you to Elvis from the online chat service! He was a huge help when setting up my broadband and talked me through the whole process, making sure that I was aware of everything and reassuring me throughout! Unfortunately the chat cut out before I was able to thank Elvis for all of his help, but I am so so grateful! As I am moving into a new flat, this is all new to me, and to have people like Elvis there to help makes everything a lot less stressful!
