Re: How To Send Thanks To Sky

I'd just like to thank Kate - a very friendly and helpful member of staff who assisted me over the phone with making some changes to my Sky Package on Wednesday evening... I meant to provide feedback straight after the call but was not able to at the time.

 

She took time to go through the whole package and the different options, explaining them in a plain and reassuring manner - I didn't feel rushed or coerced into anything, and I was glad to find out that some changes had been made to packages that meant I could have the combination of services that I needed, and save some money to boot.

 

Certainly the best experience I've had on a call with Sky - Kate was a credit to your company... I would really appreciate it if you could forward my thanks to her.
