Hi 

I’m quick to complain but would like to thank the engineer who came to sort out my sky box .. I can’t remember his name but he was very helpful and gave me up to date info on some of the services that I wanted from sky .. sometimes I get nowhere from the although very pleasant telephone customer services .. but the service staff do a fab job
