Re: How To Send Thanks To Sky

I have recently switched over to Sky after a terrible experience with another provider. I would like to say a massive thank you to Danielle who set everything up for me over the phone she was so lovely and a joy to speak to, also I would like to thank Christopher the engineer who done my installation, again another great service. He explained everything for me about using my new sky equipment (I’m terrible at trying to work out how to use remotes and things!!) I have heard from other people about bad experiences they have had with Sky but mine couldn’t have been any better! These 2 are a credit to Sky.
