Been having problems in mornings when switchin on Sky Mini Q Box.
Just spoke with Ian in tech support he was brilliant polite and very knowlegable nothing was to much bother he reckoned i was lising ip address as machine was in eco mode swithed it of and put it in active mode wow what a difference give that lad a pat on back superb service ghanks again
