Today I spoke to Caroline, a wonderful Scottish lady. She was absolutely fantastic,  called me back 3 times after she couldn't hear me, sorted my problem very quickly.  She is a credit to you.

Unfortunately I'm no longer a customer but I'm sure if it was Caroline I had discussed my issue with , I still would be. 

Amazing customer service,  very unusual with a lot of  companies.
