Just a quick post to show some gratitude and appreciation to a gentleman called Scott from the Newcastle contact centre (Valuation Department). 

 

He was a delight right from the outset, I had such a pleasure dealing with him. His manager (Amy) and team are lucky to have such a cheerful colleague. His Geordie accent was such a bonus! Also, Amy if you get a chance to read this he definitely deserves a nice coffee and a pint too.
