I want to say a big thank you to Siobhan (ID: SAD31) for a great experience whilst talking to the Sky customer service team this morning. Often many big companies get bad rating due to poor customer service but this was not the case when speaking with Siobhan. She was incrediblly helpful, professional and very informative during our conversation on the phone. Not only did she help me renewal my broadband contract for another 18 months, she was also very helpful to offer me a Sky mobile contract as well. At no time did I feel that she was trying to sell me the mobile -like a pushy sales person- but rather pointed out the offer and advantages of taking the mobile contract with Sky and left me to make my own decision. I, unfortunately did not get the opportunity to complete a feedback form regarding my experience for my call to Sky with Siobhan but I like to let her team manager know that I would be more than happy to give her 10/10 for her professionalism.  I have been with Sky for more than 4 years and it is sky employees  like Siobhan that would ensure that I am happy to stay with Sky in the future.
