Last Wednesday I recontracted to the new Superfast Boost with guaranteed wifi and the new Sky Broadband Hub (SR203)
Was only just under four months into my current Superfast Boost contract, but it was so easy to recontract.
Dealt with a few customer support staff on the phone call. All were very pleasant, knew exactly what to do and explained what to expect for delivery of the new hub.
Liked the track order info and MySky messages with the tracking information for the hub delivery.
A pleasure as always dealing with Sky customer support team, thank you.
