Hi,

 

I rang Sky yesterday to set up a new account and package for a new flat in Scotland . I spoke to Raj who was beyond helpful. He made sure the package included everything I needed and made the whole process really simple. 

 

I didn’t realise I was meant to stay on the phone to complete the survey so wanted to pass on my thanks for his wonderful customer service!
