Hi, this evening I was experiencing some troubles with my sky broadband and  therefore called into sky the sky broadband department and got through to a spokesman called graham. He was very easy to talk to, helpful and knowledgeable while being exceptionally nice and kind at the same time. I was very impressed by his professionalism and patience and would highly recommend him to his authority hence this comment.
