I wanted to say a mssive thank you to Matthew (MPR09). He was the chap who got the brunt of my initially very annoyed customer call. 

Matthew skillfully and patiently listened, supported and made me feel like he cared about my situation and really took the time to understand how he could help me. 

He went above and beyond my expectations, didn't pass me off to anyone else, and managed my complaint through to completion. 

As a customer who was ready to walk away from sky... he pulled me back in. 

An abosolute credit to sky and a genuinley lovely chap.
