Moving home from my current to my parents address, phoned up Sky to sort out cancelling the current policy at my current address; this was superbly handled by 'Sharon' with a Scottish accent(!) at the cancellations department within 7 minutes of calling up. I was expecting to take much longer. A rare example of outstanding customer service, I'll stay with Sky in the future. I'd appreciate it if you could forward this to 'Sharon'.
