I recently contacted Sky due to the internet here going down (29th July 2019). I spoke with Mark who was friendly and extremely helpful. I hope he sees this, as his service was second to none, and he also enlightened me about the loss-of-service charge (or rather, lackthereof) and promptly contacted the OpenReach engineer, all after contacting me back after I had asked him to!
