I would love to thank the lady who helped us out today!
I believe her name was Justine (?) in the Edinburgh call centre (happy to provide more info to help track her down.) she really was amazing.
She was so knowledgable, polite, patient and kind. We had her on the phone for probably about an hour and were passing her back and fourth so she could answer everyone’s questions. She was so calm and attentive, gave us all the information we needed and we left with a deal we are more than happy with.
People like her (and the guy who put us through to her who’s name I really cannot remember I’m afraid) deserve high praise for the work they carry out. We called with the feeling that we might leave sky and finished up feeling valued and positive about the next 18 months.
