Had  a few bad experiences with the SKY team when I rang. I rang for something and wasn't listened to or was told one thing and they did another etc.

Quite frustrated until I spoke to MARK in the VALUE team. on 1.5.18. He actually listened and didn't speak over me which was nice for a change and we ended upwith a mutual agreement. Nice to speak to someone who can listen, help and speak in that kind and proffesional manner. Appreciate the help Mark.
