I really need to thank two guys Who dealt with my queries today, Jamie and caolan.

jamie, you not only went above and beyond for me today you did it, with what I can only describe as amazing customer service skills. You, Jamie are an asset to sky. You have changed the bad experience I had with the customer service at sky,  to an exceptional one.  I really hope that you get the recognition you deserve. P.s I’ll def be going with sky mobile! 

 

Caolan, you assisted me with some seriously complicated sky online stuff. You did this professionally yet very friendly and I thankyou for that. Again I hope you get some recognition for your efforts.
