I am writing to say how delighted I am with the service provided  from  Matt Birchall FS6776.

Matt came to resolve the problems I was encountering with the SKY Internet.

Upon arrival, Matt was very pleasant, friendly and efficient.  He explained to me what the problem was and what steps he was taking to rectify the problem.  Matt telephoned the relevant centre and advised me accordingly.

I hope Matt receives the recognition he thoroughly deserves and would like to thank him.
