We spoke to a chap named Andrew this evening and I just wanted to say how awesome he was. Only time will tell if he’s fixed the issue but he was such a friendly , helpful guy I can only say that this has (for once) been an enjoyable interaction on the phone. Top marks. Take care of him, he’s a credit to your organisation.
