Needed guidance on how to cancel call guardian on our new telephone.

I am 81 & not au fait with technology or associated challenging vocabulary.

However, I did not need to worry.

Kal, the engineer who advised me, was so patient & thorough. It was a pleasure to listen to him. He took his time with me & explained in clear, simple language.
