I called in two days ago to get a plan extension done on my contracts. At the time is couldnt be done as the system needed to update. Scott was very patient in explaining everything to me, I have anxiety and making many phone calls doesnt help but without knowing that Scott kept an eye on my account and called me back the next day to solve my issue. I have spoken to many advisors in many companies but I have to say Scott is patient, calm, friendly and someone who can absolutely help any customer and make a difference to their day just by going the extra mile. I would like to appauld Scott,  Sky definitely is lucky to have him. (Removed)
