Today 3rd June Barbara (BDN01 ) took a call from a very disgruntled customer who was about to cancel their subscription with Sky after 13 years . With empathy, patience and dedication, Barbara ensured that this customer left the call extremely satisfied and reassured that their issues would be given the right attention. Subscription cancellation became subscription renewal !.
