I just wanted to say how happy I was with the service received today when I called Sky.
I answered all the questions to say I was not NHS or vulnerable but within seconds my call was answered. I only wanted to upgrade the Talk package to Anytime Extra & this was done in minutes. I was surprised to be told that upgrading my broadband to Ultrafast would actually give me a complete reduction in cost to the total package.
Super pleased with this service from Sky even when they are busy. Much appreciated & worth the call.
