Just spoke with an agent in India to renew my contract and wanted to score her a 10.

 

She was very helpful, patient and charming but lost the call when the survey came up! Can't remember her name but she was in Bangalor, was 22 and renewed my contract today (20/11/2023 around 15:00 UK time).

 

Lost the connection before I could answer the survey. How can I send in a score?
