I called to cancel my Sky because the price had doubled and of course, am on furlough. I appreciate that deals are normal if someone requests to cancel. I just wanted to say thanks for dealing with the issue quickly and efficiently. Understanding. Talking to me like a human being. And explaining the VIP and Sky Store that I've never used because I was worried I'd get billed or end up in a contract 🤣. 2020 is a stressful year for everyone too.
