Installation
Just to say that, despite the delay, losing my old landline, and a few other installation teething problems, the people that came to install the broadband setup were lovely, and very respectful of my home. Also, despite not asking for it, I am so thankful to Sky customer services for automatically crediting my first bill for all the inconvenience.
Now I am finally getting used to Sky, after being with a competitor provider for 20 years, I have to say I am loving my new HUGE TV, my broadband has been actually consistently faster than my previous provider (despite paying for 1gig package with both), and if the Puck needs rebooting, it does it SO MUCH FASTER than the dreadful old box I had from a competitor.
So thank you for some lovely equipment and an excellent service, now it is all up and running.
