I posted late last night and woke up to a message from @Tom-W19 and he was extremely helpful got everything sorted for me and I couldn't be more grateful, i couldn't find the survey but thought this would be okay. Thank you so much Tom really appreciate the help. 

And to his managers I think he deserves some recognition for his amazing customer service.
