I called to cancel sky completely after years of being with you because I sky seems to care about getting new customers & not looking after existing ones. I've tried to hold out to get a price I'm happy with but every adviser I've spoken to has not really cared, but then Ash answered the phone & she's your saving grace & an absolute credit to the company. She went above & beyond to help & couldn't do enough for me, she's calling back today as I had to sort my internet speed out as looking at a sky glass so if you're as good at your job as she is then I pray you track Ash down because she deserves to have her day made:)
