Ive been dealing with a very frustrating situation in regrds to fraud and most of the sky employees i have called in regards to this issue have not helped me at all, my call was either disgregarded or ended which is insanley frustrating, however when i called last week to dicuss this ongoing dispute, a lady by the name of Nicole Mkhize has helped me more than any employee of sky. I just wanted to write this review to show her my appreciation as i have been very stressed out due to the situation i have been in, and she has definetley helped me immensly through her cutomer service. I hope this review doesnt go unnoticed as she is truly a very helpful and kind peron.
