Also thanks for the help you have given  me over  the years  i have been  with  you  not just with my tv and broadband, but mobile phones  as well, i have always  received  great service  and help, great customer service, the one time that i did have a problem  January/February  2022 i can't  remember  when  my 55inch sky glass gen 1 was stuck on an update, and would not complete, with in 2 or 3 days i had received  a replacement , and i also had some charges  taken  off as i had to use my puck, thanks again, i do have 1 question, on my my sky app, under orders i have  had a return  hub, i have contact the customer service people  and they have confirmed  that nothing  is waiting  for return  to you, and that i will  not  be charged as nothing  is outstanding,  but it is a bit  worrying  that it is showing  on my  orders, is there anyway  you could  take a look  at this, and remove it  please, thanks again
