My 18 month contract was due for renew and options given on website was not what I was after. So called 150 and after faffing with options got thru' to cancellations with no wait.
Talked to the lovely Kay, explained that I did not need evening/weekend calls and she got my package down to £73, a saving of £8 a month on what I have been paying and £13 less than renew option was.
Quick service and saved some money, fantastic.😃
