Hi Sky,
I had a sky engineer attend my property today.
I just want to say a big thank you for the customer service received.
The sky engineer called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival and attended on time shortly after the phone call.
The engineer was very polite and give me clear understanding of why I was receiving the issues I had. The engineer set up his equipment and rectified the fault in a timely fashion.
He kept his work area clear and also plugged the hole he had to drill for his safety equipment. He also checked with me I was happy for him to drill into the brick work as this was on a freshly built wall on my house extension.
Following his visit he also give me clear understanding of how sky multi room works and how it is charged. I had previously heard back from accepting multi room as I though I was charged £10P/M for each multi room taken out. Following this discussion I will now be taking out multi room.
I am currently a Operations Manager for a Waste Water Engineer Company and would be proud to have this engineer working for my company.
I didn’t catch the engineers name but could you please pass on the above feedback to his line manager. From my position at my company I know good feedback boosts moral and gives engineers that extra boost to go that extra mile.
Could you please confirm this feedback will reach the engineer.
