Darren (unsure of his surname) came out to my house to fix an issue with my broadband. I don't like letting strangers into the house but Darren was so friendly he put me at ease.
He fixed the issue with my broadband and also fixed an issue I was having with my remote (which I asked him to look at whilst he was here).
I work from home and don't speak to many people during the week, but Darren let me talk his ear off about my pets and he told me about his dogs and tropical fish.
