I rang Sky a couple of weeks ago about an issue with my Sky account.
I spoke to and was looked after by a great Scottish guy by the name of Arron.
I have spoken to a few Sky people over the years of being a Sky customer and this guy is the best yet. Very helpful, patient and nothing was too much
