Contract Renewal

I would like to leave feedback back, and hope that this person gets recognised for the some great work on getting me to stay with Sky.

 

I spoke to Stuart this evening about cancelling my Sky contract (18.15 we started the call) he really was great. To be honest I probably could have chatted to him all night, like chatting to an old friend. 

I think this chap needs recognising and to know that he's doing a great job. 

 

(Sorry I think I was supposed to stay on the phone to give him feedback, which I wanted to do..... definitely 5* service from this man)
