Connor from customer services HELPED!!!

I was having real bad issues with my wifi and @Connor helped so well as I wasn't to sure what to do he gladly talked with my partner to try and resolve the issue re assuring that if the steps they were taking didn't work he would schedule a engineer he managed to solve the issue for us and our wifi has been brilliant since, So I want this thread to be passed on to his management and make him aware that he is doing a brilliant job and show gratitude to the employees patience to keep the sky customers happy I fully understand most people give them a hard time due to the effort of being able to contact a human instead of a io KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK CONNOR!
