Big thanks to Mike

Called to reinstate my social tariff (which was previously not done) and received excellent service from Mike in Dunfermline who reinstated it and sorted a few other bits too! All without me having to ask, and even making a few jokes! 
Nice to deal with somebody efficient and personable!!
