i just wanted to send you a big thank you, in acknowledgment of the support recieved from yourself. 

 

For the first time in a long time, i felt a sky member of staff, not only listened but truly heard my frustration,l. You took the time required to investigate the matter accordingly. 

 

you also followed through with your promise to to keep me update. 

truly appreciated.
