Good afternoon, I have today been visited by a sky engineer named "Jay" he was a gentleman, showed care for my home (cleaned and tidied up as he went along and did not traipse mud in to my house).
he went the extra mile to fix the problem, and he was obviously very competent at his job. His communication skills were very good, and made me aware of a sky offer that solved another of the problems, that I was happy sign up for at a low offer price....I would just like to say thanks Jay...
