A need to say well done SKY!

Recently had a Sky engineer to sort a problem; and subsequently recieved a text, asking me what I thought of the service. For some reason, when I tried to post my reply, it wouldn't send it. Shame, because the engineer was well up to his job. He discovered the fault straight away and re-cabled from dish to HD+box, even though it was wet outside and getting dark. Polite, helpful and with a need to keep his customers happy.

It's service like this that keeps me tied to Sky. I just wish I could have replied to the Sky text, so they'd know how their engineers are doing.
