A massive thanks to Sky FTTP support

I’m not sure if this post is able to get back to Sky internal support, but here goes anyways.

 

I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to a guy named Ibrar who works within the Sky FTTP Team.

 

After what feels like a lifetime of phone calls to Sky and deadend after deadend, my back office account issues that have inhibited me from being able to place an upgrade order for FTTP, are finally fixed! Ibrar confirmed the issue was with Sky and not at my end, he raised the right type of CRF and in less than a day everything was good to go with my account! He is a Sky star!

 

I was able to place my upgrade order today for Ultrafast Plus and can’t wait for that blinding download/upload speed - yee hawww!
