A massive thank you to Frank

So today I had to call Sky to cancel my subscription due to financial difficulties. I got through to Frank. I have never received a better service from any representative of a company as what I received from Frank this evening. He was empathetic to our situation and made us aware that he did have options to reduce our bill, but also stated if we can't get a price we were happy with then he could deal with the cancellation. He went through options and during the chat he made us aware of the new Q box and even explained in detail what it would offer. His product knowledge was impeccable and he knew the answers to every question we had for him. He mentioned Netflix and we made him aware we were going to be cancelling our Netflix due to our situation, from there he told us about Netflix through Sky and all the costs and process. Needless to say we have signed up for 18month contract and halved our bill with Sky and also saved on netflix. I happened to mention a call I had with Virgin Media about my internet subscription and had the worst experience ever, he then checked for our internet to see if he could save us there, unfortunately nothing adequate, or I would have brought my internet subscription to Sky

To say Frank exceeded all expectations would be an understatement.

I hope this reaches Frank's management and Frank himself. Sky you have an agent that hits every area needed and also excels. Frank you sir are credit to your company and the role itself. I sincerely thank you for everything you have done for us.
