I've just spoken with Lesley (lovely Scottish woman) who has been on the phone with me for nearly half hour. I've moved in with my partner and unfortunately, we've had issues with setting up at the new address and having orders/engineers cancelled at no fault of our own. Lesley has talked through all of our options really clearly, answered all of our questions and got new products on the way for us. What a lovely, knowledgeable lady to have spoken to!
