Hi there, I just want to give my thanks to Tracy ( sky broadbands Dep) who was very patient and kind with me .  I really appreciate your help for explaining and answering  every  questions I have asked with professional manner.   I have been a customer with sky for almost 7 years and I have not come across with anyone like Tracy so Thank you .  (Removed)
