I called up sky to add a code onto my account it took me about an hour to get to speak to the right person but when i did, Kevin was great. He helped me get the best deal and advised me on a few things which was very helpful. I would like managment to pass on my massive thank you to Kevin from the Pre-active cancellation depatrment for everything he did for me, his customer service was brilliant and made sure that everything was correctly in place for me.
