I spoke to mossie in Cape town who was incredibly friendly professional and made my dealings with sky feeling incredibly positive. She was part of the retention team and this is the most pleasant conversation I ever had with a member of staff anywhere to be honest!!

• Further to this post, I have thought greatly about the way that this team member had been trained and the way that she spoke to customers like me.  Very rarely do you give call centres a second thought but on this occasion she went beyond what I would say was standard call center behaviour.  Well done and the pleasure to deal with such a charming person.
