I'm unable to get my free cinema tickets this month, I managed last month no problem. I am pressing the Free cinema tickets but nothing happens. I have logged out and back in again and deleted ane downloaded the app but it still doesn't work.

Have you rebooted your device ?

Yes I have rebooted my device, logged iut and in of the app and deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing is working
